HTC was the first company in Russia presented its smartphones on the new Windows Phone 8X. In addition, at the global level, Microsoft head Steve Ballmer to demo the new OS chose 8x, calling it his personal Smartphone. It shifted emphasis from Nokia and got all the attention on the Taiwan manufacturer.
